Eligible residents of California are receiving $400 worth of monthly payments under the Coachella Immigrant Families Recovery Program. Selected recipients may use the money however they want. City of Coachella, California Starting on the first week of January, 140 families in Coachella, California have been set to receive $400 worth of monthly payments for 2 years. These payments were given to families who did not qualify for COVID-19-related assistance like the Child Tax Credit program. Furthermore, these payments are due to the Coachella Immigrant Families Recovery Program which is intended to help immigrant families with low income.
