Dan Bylsma wanted to once again call the shots from behind a hockey bench. That was the word when he decided to part ways with the Red Wings after several seasons as a top assistant. And his desire to run the bench made sense to almost anybody within the hockey community. After all, Bylsma had multiple stints as an NHL head coach on his resume. He also was one of the working coaches on the planet that could claim a Stanley Cup win as an NHL bench boss. Well, Bylsma will be back behind the bench and calling the shots this falls.
